Congratulations to Miss Fillis & Mrs Johnson who ran a half marathon for Hosanna!

On Monday 14 May 2012 Miss Fillis and Mrs Johnson ran an incredible half marathon (about 13.2 miles/21.1 km). Starting at 6.00 am they ran from home and were joined by the Global Partnership expedition students in Winterbourne. All money raised will be taken to Uganda in July to buy resources for Hosanna school! It is not too late to donate, please send any money to the school office.

A CD featuring recordings of work performed by students in lessons as well as extra curricular activities is on sale now. The CD will cost £4.00 and is available from the Music Deparment. A sample track can be heard by clicking on the link in the music section of the website. All funds raised will go to Hosanna.

BGS accredited as an Approved Provider for Peer Mentoring!

In 2008, Brimsham Green School set up a peer mentoring programme. The school became accredited in July 2010 as an Approved Provider by the Mentoring & Befriending Foundation. For more information click on Peer Mentoring under the Parents section on the website.

Changes to timings of the school day from September 2010!

From September 2010 the following changes will be made to the school day: Lunchtime will run from 12.20 p.m. - 1.00 p.m. Lesson 4 will begin at 1.00 p.m. and end at 2.00 p.m. Lesson 5 will begin at 2.00 p.m. and end at 3.00 p.m.
